The registry has contributed to best practices that include significantly lower re-intubation, aspiration, and post-discharge nausea and vomiting (PDNV) rates when compared to national benchmarks. To further enhance its reporting capabilities, Northrium works closely with the American Society of Anesthesiologist in the Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR). The QCDR creates the infrastructure to collect data, the ability to analyze the data and the mechanics to provide the same to CMS.
